Poros

HOA dues, collected in minutes.

Poros lets your HOA bill residents and collect dues online. Money goes directly to your HOA's bank account through Stripe Connect. Bills mark themselves paid automatically. No monthly bank reconciliation, no chasing checks.

Built on Stripe Connect · Made for US homeowner associations

No more chasing payments by hand

Residents pay online from a single link in the bill email. Bills mark themselves paid the moment the money clears. No more sitting down with a bank statement once a month to figure out who paid what.

Money stays with your HOA

Each HOA connects its own Stripe account. Resident dues land directly in your bank, net of payment fees. Poros never touches your money or sits in the middle of the flow.

Built for self-managed boards

Treasurer turnover is normal. Poros is simple enough that a new board member can take it over in an afternoon. No specialized accounting knowledge required.

How it works

1

Connect your HOA's bank account

Stripe Express onboarding takes about ten minutes. You'll need a treasurer's ID and the HOA's bank routing and account numbers. We never see them.

2

Issue bills

Enter meter reads or flat monthly dues. Poros calculates totals, emails residents, and sets the due date. Manual record-payment is always available for checks and Zelle.

3

Get paid

Residents click a link, choose bank or card, and pay. Funds settle to your HOA's bank in 2-3 business days. The bill reconciles automatically.

Honest about fees

Stripe processing fees pass through to your HOA at standard rates: roughly 0.8% capped at $5 for ACH, or 2.9% + $0.30 for cards. Poros adds $0.50 per transaction. We don't take a percentage of resident payments.

For the board to decide

You choose whether the HOA absorbs fees, passes them to residents as a convenience fee, or splits by method (recommended: free ACH, small convenience fee on cards).
